This special wine is made from 100% Malbec grapes all grown at our Pukera vineyard. 

An intense wine with juicy plum and blackberry aromas, a lovely rich tannin structure and a delicious toasty coconut oak finish from a combination of French and American oak. 

The bunches of grapes are de -stemmed and crushed gently after hand picking and then fermented in open top stainless-steel fermenters, the wines are either hand plunged or pumped over twice daily for about 10 days until they are dry, the wines are then pressed and racked to oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation.
