Katie our Winemakers favourite and here’s why: “I love our Chardonnay for a multitude of reasons. It is a ‘fun’ wine to make due to the versatility of the variety. We barrel ferment and mature ours in French oak and lees stir weekly to enhance the mouthfeel which gives it a textural flavour profile. I love the underlying citrus notes on the nose combined with the integrated French oak. It really is a wine for all occasions. Served with food or as a stand alone wine, it is my absolute favourite!”
