Our restaurant is the perfect LOCATION for your wedding or function.
Weddings and functions
We have an experienced team on hand to guide and help with your special event. Whether you’re looking for somewhere to host your wedding, a smaller family function or a corporate away day or function, we have spaces to suit all group sizes. We can seat up to 100 people in our main room with standing options for up to 200 people.
We require a minimum of 70 people in order to open for a private function or wedding.

“When Joel and I got engaged we knew we wanted a “no fuss” wedding. After a very short discussion on venues, we knew The Crab Farm was the place we wanted to do it. The venue is warm, inviting, cozy, romantic and has great food and wines- all things perfect for a mid winter wedding. Gemma was absolutely amazing. She gave us some great tips along the way and nothing was a problem to her. She was so welcoming and really understood the type of wedding we had in mind. Communication was seamless, if I had a question, she had the answer, even in those moments of last minute change and panic. We met with Gemma on the 1st of April 2023. This was before we were officially engaged, and got married at our “engagement party” on the 29th of July. We had the best time and it was truly made a stress free by Gemma and the team at the Crab Farm.”

“We had our wedding at Crab Farm winery on 2nd March and couldn’t have been happier. The coordinators were easy to deal with even though we were organising our wedding from Australia and were able to do two walk throughs with us before the big day. They were more than accommodating with setting up decorations, letting us set up a champagne tower and move furniture to suit how we wanted the space set up. The food was incredible and we had so many comments about how relaxed the venue was with great indoor/outdoor flow. Thank you!”
“We got married here in April and it was an absolute dream come true! Choosing this venue was hands down one of the best decisions we made. The team was professional and also great fun to work with, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The service on the night was excellent and our guests commented on how great the staff were. We were aiming for a relaxed vibe, and they absolutely nailed it. The space itself is simply fabulous, and the food and wine—absolutely incredible! We opted for the family-style buffet and some platters, and it was all perfect. We live out of town but have been coming to Crab Farm for about 4 years now. Can’t wait for our next visit!”
“We booked the Treehouse room at Crab Farm to celebrate a special occasion in August 2024. From the first email the reply was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing prepared us for the venue itself. It was just perfect. Lots of room for the younger family members to run around and a big table for the seniors to enjoy their lunch. The food was delicious and extremely well presented. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we chose from the two course set menu which we thought was extremely good value. The staff were all so friendly and obliging and we could not rate them highly enough. Thank you for making the day truly memorable.”
