Right after harvesting, we press the grapes and ferment them in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature to keep all that bright fruit character intact. And just to keep it pure and fresh, we skip the oak. When served chilled, this wine is just plain delicious—perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with your favourite seafood dish.
