A beautiful blend of 53% Gewurztraminer and 47% Pinot Gris, sourced from our beautiful Crab Farm and Shingle Pit vineyards. You’re in for a treat with the generous aromas of quince and lychee that are exuded from the glass, complemented by zesty citrus notes and a hint of subtle spice. There’s a nice touch of sweetness that balances everything out perfectly. We’ve kept it fresh and bright by fermenting in stainless steel with no oak, allowing those vibrant flavours to really shine.
